Onboarding Process

Step 1: Initial Enquiry

Step 2: Documentation Review
We provide all necessary documentation, including policies, curriculum plans, and risk assessments, for your review.
Step 3: Referral and Assessment
- Complete our referral form.
- Each student undergoes a baseline assessment and learning observation to create a personalised plan.
Step 4: Induction
Before starting, students will attend an induction to meet their mentor, discuss their learning plan, and set initial goals.
Step 5: Regular Reviews
We provide ongoing progress reports and regular communication with commissioners, schools, and families to ensure each student’s success.
