Lotus Rise is committed to providing high-quality, compliant, and personalised Alternative Provision (AP) for young people who need tailored support outside mainstream education.

Onboarding Process

We aim to make the referral and onboarding process as smooth as possible.

Step 1: Initial Enquiry

Step 2: Documentation Review

We provide all necessary documentation, including policies, curriculum plans, and risk assessments, for your review.

Step 3: Referral and Assessment

  • Complete our referral form.
  • Each student undergoes a baseline assessment and learning observation to create a personalised plan.

Step 4: Induction

Before starting, students will attend an induction to meet their mentor, discuss their learning plan, and set initial goals.

Step 5: Regular Reviews

We provide ongoing progress reports and regular communication with commissioners, schools, and families to ensure each student’s success.
